Summary: Poor view, very very noisy. I could hear big trucks under my window at 4:00 am. A lot of morning traffic, cars, big trucks. Terrible.

Summary: The entire staff was always friendly and sincerely looking to improve our stay. The hotel itself is fun to explore and the grounds are beautiful. The room was clean and nice but the street noise on the wing that faced the adjoining open air mall was quite loud well into the night. I would request a different room next time.

Summary: The parking situation is not ideal, and even though I asked for a voucher, I was told just to pay in the garage. Then I found an additional parking charge on my bill at check out! The room itself was fine, just missing a few towels and coffee, which were delivered shortly after I called for them. All in all it's a wonderful place to stay and we will return.

Summary: The pool area needs to be pressure washed and treated for pests. I was ate up alive while lounging. I ordered breakfast4 times and all meals were poorly made & received cold. Also the carpet had a huge stain that could come out if shampooed and the rooms could be updated.

Summary: Our stay was excellent, from the checkin- in to check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly, beginning with Art, who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the hotel. We were able to check in two hours early. The room was spacious and the grounds were lush and gorgeous. We will definitely be returning!

Summary: Food was wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean and spacious. Phillip, the General Manager, was exceptional and took time out of his day to show us around and tell us stories of the history. Such an amazing visit!

Summary: America, lady at front desk, was very detailed in her explanation of hotel amenities and special things to see. Great job America! Appreciate you & love your name. Micheal does a fabulous job tending to the shrubbery and flowers. I managed to get his attention to say thank you and boy he has a great personality too! Introduced him to my whole family. Thanks Michael! Can’t remember the names of others but they were the pool staff and did a fabulous job serving us food, drinks and keep the area clean and safe. Security staff was good at making sure hotel guests were only people permitted to the hotel. Thank you all!
